REFUND POLICY
We take pride in our services to provide our clients with the best custom fabrications. Due to this standard, we do not offer returns.
If products ordered could not be completed due to circumstances outside of Blue Arc Metals, LLC control, a refund can be granted. These circumstances can include incorrect product delivery, mechanisms not operating as they should, or breakage.
In the instance that changes are requested to design, after deposit is made, a refund will not be granted. In the instance that the surface of the product is rusting or oxidizing after usage, due to lack of upkeep, a refund will not be granted.
To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to provide accurate and reliable proof that products not satisfiable due to lack of effort on our team’s side. You will also be responsible for any taxes or service charges for refunded services.
If a refund is granted, please allow for 3-5 business days for the return of sale.
