RENTAL INFORMATION & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Our Charcoal Grills are rented in 24-hour increments. While Smokers are rented for 48-hour periods. Discounted rates are available for extended rental periods beyond the standard rental timeframe. To rent any of our grills or smokers, customers must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of insurance at the time of rental.
A security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposits will be fully refunded once the equipment is returned on time, thoroughly cleaned and free of damage beyond nornal wear and tear.
SAFETY NOTICE
For your safety, children and pets should be kept away from Grills and Smokers at all times while the equipment is in use. Even after cooking has ended. The unit and its components may remain dangerously hot for 6-8 hours after the fire has been extinguished. Please use caution and ensure the equipment is placed in a secure area away from foot traffic, children, and animals.
EQUIPMENT CARE
Renters are responsible for the safe operation, supervision, and care of all rented equipment during the rental period. Equipment should be returned in clean condition, and with all included components. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if the equipment is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or with missing parts.
